CAMPUS SECURITY
Chipola College is committed to a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Our campus security is managed by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. All campus facilities fall within the jurisdiction of local law enforcement. Any criminal activity occurring on campus will be referred to campus security for investigation and prosecution. EMERGENCIES
Chipola College sends weather and emergency alert notifications through a communications system titled Chipola Alerts. These alerts are sent via text messages, email, social media (Facebook and Twitter), college websites, indoor speakers/telephones, and outdoor campus sirens. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE
Students should report accidents or illnesses to the Human Resources Office as well as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs. Both offices are located in Building A.
