STEP 4 – COMPLETE TESTING REQUIREMENTS

Testing

Placement testing is an important part of the admissions process. Testing helps your advisor determine your level of readiness in college-level coursework.

The ACT and the SAT are common placement tests usually taken in high school. If you have scores from the ACT or the SAT, please have your official scores sent to the Chipola College Admissions office.

If you have not taken the ACT or SAT in the last 2 years, you can schedule to take the PERT test in the Chipola Testing Center. Schedule your test online through the Testing Center link on the Chipola website.

Testing is by appointment only, Monday – Thursday, and must be scheduled online at RegisterBlast.

Seating is limited and test appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired testing date. Testing under "special conditions" will be handled individually through the Office of Student Disabilities. For questions about the PERT, please contact the Chipola College Testing Center. Workforce Development and certificate programs will have different requirements. Please contact admissions for information on required testing for the Workforce Programs.
