Workforce Development

Yes
No

Workforce Development programs are intended for students who want specialized training in a career field before entering the job market. These programs also provide additional training for people already employed. All classes are a combination of lecture and lab.

Workforce Development programs are generally based upon the number of clock hours spent in class. The programs may range from one to two years. A student completing any portion of the program may automatically continue or exit the program. The courses of study consist mostly of preparatory training for employment or advanced training in skilled occupations.

Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday for 7.5 hours daily. Students may enroll on a full-time or part-time basis.
